Burn times vary by size: 50g Cork Candle burns for approximately 10-15 hours, 100g candles burn for 20-30 hours, 200g candles for 40-50 hours, 250g Cleo for 50-60 hours, and the 500g Cleo for 90-120 hours. Always follow safe candle burning practices: keep the wick trimmed to 6mm and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Yes, we ship across the Philippines via trusted couriers. For orders within Cavite and Metro Manila, same-day or next-day delivery options may be available. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. All candles are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit.

Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can discolor the wax and fade the scent. Before each burn, trim the wick to about 6mm to prevent mushrooming and black smoke. On the first burn, allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel (usually 2-3 hours) to prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
